Ready, Steady, Square

Hiya guys and gals,

Man-o-manitee, its been busy at Square TV. We took so many pictures ... so many pictures at this newly ended San Diego Comic Con 2008. We broke them down by days.

The website is seeing all sorts of new activity and traffic. Please keep it coming, and we'll keep the content flowin'.

Also, we have a bunch of new interviews from Comic Con's Small Press area, including Bad Karma Productions, Electric Milk Creations, Rudy McBacon, Mad Sea Dog Comics and our newest friend at Cool Jerk! Check out the website for more of our Comic Con coverage!

Stay tuned, we have even more interviews from Real Gone Girl Studios, Bumperboy.Net and Elephant Eater Comics, as well as a lot of video footage from our pre-Masquerade interviews w/Reporter Michele.

Stay tuned, stay Square!

Comic Con is upon us

Hello from Comic Con! I hope everyone who wants to be here is here now, because this place is only going to get more and more packed as the week progresses. The weather in San Diego has been beautiful, as per usual, and the 2008 San Diego Comic Con is action-packed with all sorts of goodies.

Big Chief has been snapping up pic after pic of everything and everyone, so if you are dressed up, or not, and want your picture to appear on our site just yell out "I want my Square TV" and hopefully we can hear you and we'll come a-runnin'. We should have Thursdays pics up on the site by tonight.

Its been great to personally meet the creators of the wonderful comics that we've been reporting on. Everyone has been really personable. Don't forget to walk through the Small Press section of the Exhibit Hall. That area is the lifeblood of Comic Con, the backbone of the industry.

More to come as the Con continues.

July Update

Hey all,
Looks like my "first June update" became the only June update. Doh! Oh well, ever forward.

Reporter Juli steps up to the plate in her first podcast with Nathan Fox and Matt Wilson of Free The Gene to discuss their latest project Fluorescent Black.

Also, our ElytraComics interview will appear on the site by tomorrow, so stay tuned!

San Diego Comic Con is only a week and a half away, and Square TV is primed and ready for bear. Our goal will be to bring you exlusive interviews with the various and talented small press and indy comics, as well as in-depth Masquerade coverage. We won't rest until we've covered as much as humanly possible.
Stay Tuned!
